Sculpting, Modeling & Hard Coats

307 FR-LITE is a 100% solids class 1 Fire Rated, light-weight epoxy system specially formulated to a trowelable paste consistency for sculpturing and fabricating projects.  307 FR-LITE will cure into an extremely strong and light-weight plastic that is easily sanded or shaped. 

Armorcoat  is a 100% solids epoxy that is formulated with reinforcing and impact resistant technologies to make is one of the strongest and most durable expoxy hard coats Polygem makes.  Armorcoat is ideal for the hard coating of most surfaces including EPS and other foams.

The Thickening Agent is Polygem's proprietary powder used to adjust the consistency of epoxies and other polymer liquids or gels. It is simply adding in as needed during the mixing process and has the capacity to turn a liquid into a clay like consistency.

E-Z Sculpt is a 100% solids epoxy system specially formulated to a workable ‘clay like’ consistency for sculpting and modeling projects.  E-Z Sculpt will cure into an extremely strong and durable plastic that is easily sanded or shaped.

E-Z Karve is a 100% solids light-weight epoxy system specially formulated to a workable ‘clay like’ consistency for sculpturing and modeling projects. E-Z Karve will cure into an extremely strong and durable plastic that is easily sanded or shaped.

CONGO FLEX is a 2 component polyurethane. It can be used to produce hard elastomers with very high physical properties. CONGO FLEX can be used for molds or sculpture reproductions. These materials contain no plasticizer and no mercury catalysts. CONGO FLEX cures at room temperature.
