No returns will be accepted on custom tinted materials. We make no guarantee on the color accuracy of our color matches. However, we take pride in our reputation as "color experts" and get as close to the specified color as our base product and tint system will allow.
Defective products will be replaced at our discretion.
All defective products must be returned to us within 30 days from the invoice date.
All returns must be preapproved by a Star Scenic employee.
In the event of a damaged shipment, save all packing materials and contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
A restocking charge of 25% will apply on all authorized returned goods.
Credits/refunds will be issued after our warehouse receives and inspects returned merchandise.
